Regional Territory Manager (RTM) Responsibilities and Qualifications:

We are seeking qualified sales managers to join our nationwide sales team, increasing The Encore Group's sales within their region. In this position, you will manage 6-10 people and be responsible for:

• Personally selling to select accounts within the region.
• Hiring, training and developing The Encore Group's sales team in the region.
• Planning and execution of The Encore Group's sales strategy within the assigned region.

You must be energetic, highly motivated, organized, dedicated to excellence and work well independently. 5+ years of business-to-business sales management experience is required.

You also must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft products, such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.

The Encore Group, Inc., Regional Territory Managers are full-time company employees reporting to a DOS. RTM's earn a base salary, commissions, territory overrides, cell phone allowance and paid expenses.
