Cindy Burden discovered her talent for sculpting by making clay pieces with her young daughters. Having never taken an art course, Cindy taught herself the finer points of sculpting and began selling her creations at fairs and eventually to retailers in her native Texas. She called her sculptures Women of the Way™ and wrote the stories behind each one and the Biblical scriptures that inspired her creations. Her collection became part of The Encore Group in 2005 and continues to bring its uplifting message to women everywhere.
